Autumn is here!

I attended a wedding today. It was my "classmate's" wedding. She is only in one of my classes so I guess I do consider her as my classmate. It was a simple nice wedding. This is my first one here in Sydney! I hope to attend 2 more hehe.


So yes, Autumn is here. It's getting really cold... brrr..! I've bought more warm clothes. Stylish and matching of course. And and it got down to 4 degrees the other night. Ahh! I can hardly use the heater in my room because if I switch it on, it trips the electricity in the house as too many appliances are on and there's an energy surge. Sigh I hope that gets fixed or else I'll be freezing in my sleep during winter.


I did my second performance the other day during musicianship group class. I sang Because of You by Kelly Clarkson. And it went well! I'm so happy! The only part that was bad was the last chorus because some saliva was stuck in my throat and I needed to swallow it but I had to continue on with the song as well so I just kept on taking too much breaths. It sounded a bit ugly. But my accessor still marked me competent. =) So now only one more performance to go and I'll be doing that next week in my musicianship lesson. I'm thinking of performing Everywhere by Michelle Branch. Either that or Jesus Take The Wheel by Carrie Underwood. But most likely it'd be Everywhere.


My assignments are making good progress. I have hardly touched on my songwriting tho'. I'll have to work on it when I go back for holidays to Brunei, so I have a piano all to myself. Its hard to find one in the college. I recorded the piano part for the 1st song I wrote today. My friend, Katherine played it and I intend to record my singing track after I make this post. My song is entitled 'Devoted to Love' btw..
