Praise God that the new gym and dance studio opened today. It looks very modern and awesome. We had a cool time doing some aerobics and getting Physically fit. physically physically physically fit! =) hehe.. The dance group tried some cool, new and slightly tough moves after the aerobics session. I believe with more practice we'll be awesome dancers by the middle of the year. hehe.. ^^

I went out with my mommy (zimmo) on Friday night. We had fun! We watched The Pink Panther. Its the funniest movie that I've seen yet and its very interesting.. And after the movie, we ate at Swensens.. I had a plate of Spaghetti which only costed me $5.80 hahah as it was from the Kiddy Menu.. and and plus it came with a free drink haha.. Zy had breaded chicken and ice lemon tea. Oh yea the free drink was only a tiny glass so soon after I also ordered a glass of ice lemon tea. heheh..

Anyway.. I have a maths test tomorrow on differentiation.. I've doen my homework and revised so I guess I'm ready to take on the test.

I had a great day yesterday at the Leader's retreat. I learned many valuable things from Ps. Benny and Ps. Mike. They were awesome... very funny at some parts too.. Leadership in the church is very important and it is was holds the church. Hey sorry i gtg now.. got loads of homework from school. Laters...

Yes.. today was one of the most embarassing days of my life. Well... I was both a hero and felt embarassed at the same time. Today JIS held their annual Swimming Gala at the stadium. I represented Red house for 25m breaststroke. Well.. at least thats what I intended to join. I came in last but scored points for Red house. Then at the last minute they needed another yr 12/13 girl to do 25m freestyle for relay, if not red house would have to be disqualified. I'm not very good at freestyle. So like after everyone cheering for me to go down there... I reluctantly dragged myself to swim. I knew we would get last place and they wouldnt listen they said that as long as participate its good enough.

And eventually we got last place.. But overall Red house got second place! YAY! What really made my day was when I, sad heartened walked all the way back to the stands was greeted by Mr Airdrie all smiles and the shook my hands and said "Rachel, well done! You're my hero!" I beamed and thanked him. =)

So what I learnt today is that winning is not all that matters. Participation really counts. Go Red Foxes!

btw... the Valentine's Social @ Empire yesterday was great. Fun and packed.. haha..

Happy Valentine's Day everyone..

Its a three in one celebration, its Valentine's Day, Its the anniversary of my parents engagement and most importantly its my dad's 42nd bday! =)

I personally had a great day in school today. I was greeted with a huge banner over the Sixth Form waiting area. And balloons were everywhere.. it was so pretty.. this is the first time the student council actually decorated the place. =) lawa...

Then in tutor, I got 7 candygrams and 1 rose-a-gram. A big thank you to those of you who gave them to me. Obviously I'm not going to eat all the candy.. Gonna share them with my dad and bros. Hehe... I'm kindda fat too btw.. but losing weight.. Amen! And also thanks to Dy for the bag of goodies and of course not forgetting dear Najib who made me a paper origami jersey. So sweet! hahah and the message inside from the row of guys.. very interesting.. hahha.. thanks guys!

Tonight me family is going to Charcoal for a bday dinner for my dad and also a secondary farewell dinner for my dear Rachyness. She has been my really close friend growing up over the years and its so sad to see her go. I pray that she fits in quickly and will find a good church there. Angie and Jo are there to keep an eye on her as well. =P If she needs the looking after that is... hahha.. blehz!

I hope that everyone enjoyed their Valentine's Day....
