Yup Easter and the uNITED sTATES play are over. Now only the Expression concert left to go. And we haven't even got our clothes back yet from the tailor. I miss the play already. It was so much fun being in it. The whole thing is a sad story that Mr Macshane wrote himself. But that doesn't mean that there are parts in the show that cracks everybody up. hehehe... I enjoyed every single second of it. Including the lil bloopers.. And my finals for AS are coming up in May/June so I better get on to revising. =) Cheers!

Easter was great. With a congregation of 264 who wasn't excited? I was there backup singing. There were presentations by the Powerrline Kids, Acts29nerz and also chinese ministry. I have to slow dance and also do a modern dance. It all went well. The message on that day was heart searching as well. As I said Easter is not about Easter Eggs or bunnies. I'm about the resurrection of Jesus Christ!

Happy Belated bday to Sean Lim! Hope you got my msg. Sorry for the entry. Got things to do... bz bz week..

I haven't been to school for 2 days now. One because I had a sleepless night and two because I have extremely unbearable period cramps this morning. I could hardly sleep. And then my mom brought be to see the doctor to get some muscle relaxants. And the silly doc go and suggest that I have an ultrasound scan. And i was like---wait a minute isnt that for pregnant ppl? Then the doc was like i want to check if you have a cyst. Then that really scared me. A CYST? Come on... I bet you she was just trying to dig money out of me. so arrrgghhh..But it was pretty cool to look inside my womb. Although it was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY. What a waste of money.

I'm busy these few days with Easter play, School drama and Expression concert so if I dun blog much dun nag me to. Cheers!

Today is a public holiday meaning no school! Whoop dee doo... haha.. anyway.. I woke up at like noon and then haD lunch and skipped breakfast. I spent my afternoon studying. Well not exaclty studying.. more of doing a past year paper on computing. It went well.. i mean i passed! But I want a higher grade so I have to keep working on that. And speaking of computing, I have to finish my computing coursework ASAP so that I can concentrate more on my theory. My only porblem is I have too many problems in my database which I don't know how to solve. My teacher is so busy giving everyone a hand in class that by the time he gets to me... its already the end of class! So I'm like trying my best to write silly codes that will hopefully work once I get around it. Sigh! Okay apart from work, I went for singing rehearsal today for the Expression The Dream Expands concert on the 30th of April. Everyone is invited! Tickets are ranged from $10 to $500 and its held at the Empire theatre. Anyway I'm in the choir and things are going well except the Altos seem not to be producing any sound. Only 2 of the older ones are singing.. poor guys! The songs are not bad tho. I mean its okay for a concert if you'd ask me. And the sololists are singing really well. Theres this young girl named Yasmin, and her voice is like that of an angel. Come hear for yourself! This Sunday is Easter and we're having a celebration service. I can't wait! Its gonna be awesome!....

Yo!
Our 1st ever youth celebration service last Friday was awesome. All in all there were 75 youths. Some usual attendees were not around, if not the numbers would have been more. I am so honoured Lord that You have chosen me to be a cell group leader. My group is called the Treasure Finders. As we search for "hidden treasure" in God's word, we will grow and be empowered to acheive great things for God.

I was also the Service Director. I wasn't so confident on doing the Opening Prayer so Ling did it. I did the announcements tho. I could sense that I was nervous and even skaing at some points but after a while it was ok. We had a feast of great food including free Frattini's pizza for everyone. Wah so many flavours to choose from. And if you weren't there.. You really missed out man! What more after we all finish makan and there were still leftover pizzas and each Cell Group was given one pizza each. Man were we full after that! I have 9 members in my cell group including me.. its Dalvina, Alisa, Abigail, Jaytee, Bianca, Veivien, Kim and Cynthia. They are a great bunch of girls! Oh yeah I forgot to mention that we now are divided to Boy Zone and Girl Zone due to some people who have teenage crushes at these ages.. you know what I mean... The Girl zone is called Amethyst. And the Boy Zone is err... i forgot but I know it sounds like Hoisin sauce... hehehe..

We had a great time a fellowship and getting to know one another better. Well.. I've started now for a week already. Its okay so far. We have a parent- teacher evening next wednesday night. I think my parents are attending that. what else... oh yeah.. nadiyah and zimmo went overseas for the hols and brought me back goodies! Thanks you guys! Elmi also went to Perth and I met him at the airport when I was sending my mom off. Mr. Carter is back in school now. Thats good and bad news. Good because I can finally get help with my computing coursework and bad because we won't be able to fool around and have free periods during Computing anymore. hahah.. Anyway congrats to him on having a new baby girl! You wanna know something funny.. according to Mr.Griffiths(my other computing teacher), all the secondary computing teachers in JIS only produce girls. As in they all have daughters only. You see Mr. French has 2 girls, Mr Griffiths has 2 and Mr Carter has 3. hahaha.. so weird!

This week's youth celebrations service was a blast! Although not as many youths turned up as last week, God's presence was definitely there. And there were a few new faces around as well. I did the announcements again and my dad commented that I was much better than last week. No more stuttering or turning around to look at the powerpoint behind me. heheh.. yeah so I guess thats about it for now. I have church service tonight. And next Sunday is Easter! yay!
