Ever heard of this phrase? Don't use it... you lose it! Well it not applies to things that you posses in life but it can be related to your body as well..

Take for example your index fingers, God gave you them to be able to make stuff and be creative with your hands. And do we that nowadays? No! We'd rather use them to go online, chat, play video games and therefore using more of the thumbs. Did you know that if you don't exercise your index fingers often, the part of your brain that controls them will shrink and the thumbs section will be larger. It has been scientifically proven because a doctor did a study on this. Very interesting fact actually.

I'm really happy.. I finally passed and got a B for a class test for Maths. I actually do better in exams than tests. Especially ones that are surprise ones. But miraculously this time round it was different. And I owe it all to my Daddy in heaven.. Thank You! When Mr.Hatchett called out my name in the canteen when I was "trying" to avoid him, I was terrified because I thought he was gonna scold me for doing bad again. But he congratulated be instead. =) So happy... things are actually turning around.

I was to be on time for school in Yr13... I want to do well for all class tests and even better for exams... I also want to have neat notes and completed homework for EVERY subject, not only Maths...

And I WILL accomplish all this.. No not on my one with my King by my side guiding me and helping me along the way. When I stumble, He will pick me up, tell me its alright and we'll push on in life. It won't always be easy but He'll help me make it thru. And when I reach that finish line in life, He'll say "Well done, good and faithful servant".

This weekend we have CG Sleepover and Barbecue.. can't wait for that.. Fun fun fun.. Oh and we have to make that Adidas advertisement. We've got our merchandise, got our camera, we're ready to roll..

Exams were officially over on the 09/09/2006. And thats when the World Cup started as well. =) And thirdly.. it was my grandad's birthday so we went out for dinner at Dynasty with Uncle Joey. So yes I did miss the grand opening of the World Cup but its not that bigga deal. Then we watched Cars that day as well. Ka-chow! Really funny especially coz Owen Wilson starred in it.

Hmm.. what else has been going on. Ah yes... the Acts World Cup Challenge has been going on. Last week was the Winning Eleven playstation challenge. My CG is Germany and we played against Korea. If you didnt know that my group consists of all girls and a boy CG would be all guys. So yeah we were versusing guys! The only girl who had experience of playing Winning Eleven was Veivien because she plays PS2 with her bro at home. So shes pro and thats why we signed her up for this game. But I guess not pro enough to beat Abby in Winning Eleven. The score was 1-0. Korea won. Korea had 1 red and 1 yellow card during the game and Germany had 2 red cards. How bad is that? Especially with Michael Ballack being sent off during the game, I was terrified. Overall, Veivien...Well done! We had your back.

I on the other hand had to sign up for the arm wrestling competition because I am the strongest in my team. Abigail said she wanted to give it a go as well so she was our 2nd volunteer. I won my first round against Steph. Oh but when it came to Angel, I think I almost broke my wrist! And then Abigail lost in her first round against Fei. So I had to challenge Fei. I already knew Fei would win. What I didnt know was that she would be so aggressive until her skin on her elbow would shred a bit because of the friction. So that really gross me out and so I gave in..in front of the entire congregation. hahaha.. but it was good fun. At least I tried ok... I'm not much of an arm-wrestling person. We were also supposed to have our cheer drill competition last week but it was postponed to this week because of the extended youth service. Ps.Tim Goh was awesome.. His message tied in alot with what Ps. Joey said. About the Kingdom of Heaven being established on Earth.

So this week for the World Cup Challenge, we'll be having History History and our cheer drill.

Oooh.. I heard some really cool news today. Hannan has been chosen to be head boy and April is Head Girl. Congrats guys! Esp you "daddy"! hahah.. Nan I know we've had our differences and like argued a couple of times but I think now we're starting to get along.. heheh..And is it true they are scraping off Deputy Head boy and deputy head girl status?
